Acélore is a dark fantasy world, magic exists but is kept secret, medieval times, the world is slowly falling apart as chaos rises

Geography & Nations

There are three kingdoms in the land of Acélore. Afélia wich is near the sea, powerful economy. Mandor wich is the Kingdom of the south of the land, limitrophe to unknown eras. And finally there is Kenshad, in the eastern plains. There is also large group of bandits with different leaders and politics that can sometime raid villages and cities. The three kingdom use to work together agaisnt them but with dark powers rising they getting stronger everyday.

Races & Cultures

There are only men and women in Acélore, they are at peace for now because a great disease is hitting the continent and everyone is weak.

Current Conflicts

The most vicious threat right now is the plague, everyone is fleeing it. Adventurers tends to go south since it's the only uknown land but little did they know that's where the plague comes from.

Magic & Religion

There is only one true god, catholic style. But people can acquire certain magic capacities through prayer or blasphem. Only a few men know the secrets of magic so it's a very unique and expansive craft. It is forbidden for regular citizen to use it if they somehow manage to. You have to be trained by a wiser man first.

Planar Influences

There is three planes that can all interact with eachother if you talented enough to ask for it. Here is the list : 1 Mortal World where most of adventures take place. 2 The Purgatory where souls can rest at peace, a mix of heaven and hell 3 The real Heaven where only god and his angels can exist, fallen angels trying to breakthrough but are more found in Mortal World or Purgatory

Historical Ages

There were ancient time when God spoke to men and magic was everywhere, but with a decreasing faith these powers tends to disapear and god might be dying.

Economy & Trade

The currency is based on Gold, The Kingdom of Afélia depends a lot of it's numerous ports along the coast. The Kingdom of Mandor depends more of their minerals they get from their mountains. The KIngdom of Kenshad is more nomad and only relies on hunting and crops to survive.

Law & Society

It is a really harsh and backward society, people got all religious again because they are fearing god for the first time in centuries. Adventurers are not a proper class, but as the world turns to chaos you can see them more and more going through the lands of Acélore

Monsters & Villains

The creatures are very rare but here is the list of the "dark" creature there is : -Goblin -Troll -Harpie - Ogre These dark creatures are worshipped by evil Cult named Moloch. There is also more neutral creature such as Elfs , who are really tiny and flying creatures and also gnomes who are tiny underground creatures. There is also Angels and Fallen Angels who fight for or against the race of man.
