World Overview

High levels of magic, medieval technology.

Geography & Nations

Major Kingdoms: - Kindresia, the central kingdom for the Unity - Ashvein, Kingdom of Demons - Vallheim, Kingdom of Angels Cities: There are 3 major cities in Kindresia named Thornhallow, Jestiaum and Luaffer. The capital is Jestiaum, this is where the Emperor of the Unity lives with the royal family There are 2 major cities in Ashvein called Brimspire and Volcanium. Brimspire is the capital, this is where the Demon lord lives There are 2 major cities in Vallheim called Michuam and Oppius. The capital is Michuam and it is where the Celestial lives Geographic features: All 3 kingdoms are on one massive continent, divided by rivers and mountains, there are some forests around the area, most notably the Grandhiros Forest, the largest forest on the continent Throughout the continent there are ruins known as dungeons that were created at the "Beginning". These dungeons hold valuable loot and they scale by floors that adventurers have to climb down. Every floor lower has stronger monsters but more valuable loot. The final floor holds a boss, a creature that is ultimately powerful and normally requires an adventurer at the S rank in the adventurer guild

Races & Cultures

Combining to make up the accord known as the Unity there are humans, elves and beastmen. The humans have standard ways of living, they are able to learn magic and basic swordcraft. Elves are more skilled users of magic and mainly focus on magic and archery while the beastmen mainly focus on using swords. They each have their own cities, Thornhallow is the city for Elves, Jestiaum is the city for humans but allows for all 3 races in the Unity and Luaffer which is the city for beastmen. The elves have a queen as they have a Matriarchy however, the elven queen is still one step under the Emperor. The humans have a king and is also one step under the Emperor while the beastmen have a tribe leader, also one step under the Emperor. Trade is easy within these three territories as they are all apart of the Unity The demons have a smaller part of the left side of the continent with their two cities while the kingdom of angels has the smaller part of the right side

Current Conflicts

The current most important conflict is the Unity against the Demons. They have been at war for many years which is why the Unity ended up being formed in the first place. Nobody really hears from the Angels, they keep to themselves and are basically never seen. The Angels and the Demons despise eachother. One demon is strong enough to fight 5 humans or 3 elves or 4 beastmen An Angel and a Demon are matched in strength

Magic & Religion

Each race believes in a different God. The humans believe in the God of the Sun, Helios. The Elves believe in the God of the Forest, Jatmater and the beastmen believe in the God of the Hunt, Kentrius. The Elves are able to use magic at a much higher ability than humans or beastmen but they prefer to use it over melee combat. Humans are a hybrid but they wield magic that is slightly less powerful than elves, to compensate they use melee weapons. Beastmen mainly use melee weapons because they can learn sword skills that imitate magic but are more from "aura" not mana, like magic is. Angels are able to use magic at the highest rate, better than any of the other 4 races and they have special abilites to see the mana flow in the air, allowing them to connect with the world much easier. Demons are able to use magic at about the same level as Elves but they are also able to learn sword skills like the beastmen, so demons have both aura and mana

Historical Ages

There was an era around a thousand years before the present when the continent was just Demons and Angels and in that time it was known as the "Celestial War", until the age of the humans, elves and beastmen arrived which is now the age of "Unity". Even before the age of the "Celestial War" there was an era known as the "Beginning" when the world was formed

Economy & Trade

There are trade routes between the three main cities in Kindresia but there is a war between them and the demons in Ashvein. There is no contact with the Angels in Vallheim

Law & Society

Societies love adventurers because they fight back against monsters that live in the wild. Adventurers have tiers inside the Guild association, starting with C, then B, then A, then S. The tiers demonstrate the strength of the adventurer with S being the highest. Justice is ultimately adminstered by the guard of a city, however each race has an elite team of combatants that are extremely strong and work directly for the person in charge of the race. There is one team that is directly under the Emperor, known as the "White Roses", they are the strongest warriors from across the 3 races in the Unity (humans, elves and beastmen)

Monsters & Villains

There are dragons, undead creatures like zombies or skeletons or wraiths, slimes, goblins and hobgoblins. There are vampires but they are extremely rare and were exterminated a while ago. There are lycanthropes, trolls and giants, constructs and golems
