Religion is also fair amongst the citizens of the continent. While some may be hypocritical, bigoted or curt, others are kind, welcoming and benevolent. Cults also exist but tend to hide in the shadows or amongst the people as commonfolk waiting for their chance to strike.

A strange occurrence has begun amongst the people of the continent. In rare situations, an everyday Joe will burst into a blinded rage of fury and bloodlust that they will attack and kill anyone nearby. Once they are satisfied (which tends to last for hours at a time) they fall into a deep, coma-like slumber that they can't seem to wake from. Many clerics and scholars have attempted to help to know avail.
