World Overview

In spira there is no good or evil, only light and dark. Both the light and dark have good and bad people in them. But what sets everyone apart is the overwhelming amount of hybrid monsters that plague the world, like the Lich-Angel, and the Devil-Cleric. These hybrids come along and cause chaos losing thier minds on how they should behave. This world is set in a post apolcalytic future, where the medievil meets steampunk. And new orders and capitols arise from the ashes of war.

Geography & Nations

You have Eisselcross the nation of Elves. Serencyle the Mighty Dwarven nation. Fryaharn The Devil nation. And Grandoss the Nation of humans and beast-folk. Then you have the barrens the vast wasteland that used to belong to Nephilem but after the Chaos wars all but a few Nephilem were wiped out.

Races & Cultures

Beast-folk range from bunny-folk to were-tigers and everything in between. Human, because what would would have Humans. Elves from forest Elf to Dark Elves all living harmoniously together. Dawrves, from hill Dwarf to Iron Dwarf. Devils, look just because the have devil blood doesnt mean they are bad, and most have made quite a good name for themselves as lawyers.

Current Conflicts

The only political Conflict is between the races, and the monsters. Although some dark forces move amongst the races, believing that the world should start over. Also the adventurers guild doesnt get along with the merchant guild. You also have the knight guild, The Thiefs guild, and the Magic guild, all 5 guilds create a stable government on how the world should proceed.

Magic & Religion

Anyone can use magic, but magic capacity is gained at birth, and cannot grow further, so say you can use dark magic, that means you cannot use light magic, same with fire and water, earth and air. The holy Deity monarchs are Freya goddes of the harvest and bountiful, All-father the God of war and strength, Celste the Goddess of the moon and theifs, Artemis the God of technology and advancement, Theyor the God of all Rangers and Druids, Layol the Goddess of love and fertility, Ashroth the Goddess of Death and reincarnation, and lastly the Mysterious Shoggoth the God of destruction, chaos and magic.

Planar Influences

The twin moons cycle the planet creating rifts between the planes, the planes of fire, ice, water, death, and fey. Each plane carries old tools of the God's that are powerful enough to topple nations. We also Have 2 Suns 1 white and 1 yellow.

Historical Ages

We had the era of magical dominance where powerful artifacts were created basically making man into lower gods, but the chaos war destroyed everything and 1000 years have passed since then. and now we have hybrids who plague the world.

Economy & Trade

Standard copper, silver, gold, and platinum exist but them you have Nation specific currency like Marks for humans, Cilander for Elves, Stags for Dwaves, and Bloods for Devils. Trade between nations is a must and many adventurers seek employment as tradesmen to clear the roads for Merchants. Nobility is still somehow a thing.

Law & Society

Justice is brought forth to high command each nation has its own rules, but one thing is made clear only Adventurers, Knights, and Kingsgard can arrest criminals. Most societies view adventurers as extra law enforcement and as extra labor, so most nations are willing to pay top coin for skilled people, only the Merchants guild looks down on Adventurers.

Monsters & Villains

The cult of chaos and the ties to Shaggoth are huge criminal organizations that wish to watch the world burn, and most beasts that live in the forests are considered game and used for materials in crafting, but hybrids have special attributes that make them high targets for skilled adventurers with high-risk/rewards tied to them.
