Forced to live in the ghettos where intelligent mutants live and often live amongst the non mutated residents, are often times regarded as lesser, despite once being human as well, this country has little elite influence and are aware of the current collusion of the elite society and their plan to launch a plan to purify the world by killing all of its inhabitants.
