Someone named Retiticus who was the head of the military in Sevenoaks, he is a rat. He overthrew the monarchy and now he claimed himself as head of state. He wants it to be a dictatorship rather than a monarchy. The rat's who escaped who are in favour of the monarchy are being assisted by the Fairies. Molemen have a vendetta against the people who live up above.

Wizards and Fairies can use magic more freely than others. Rats can transform into Human form. Molemen can use magic when discovering minerals. Some minerals have magic qualities. Wizards are the most powerful in terms of magical ability.
