In the war‑torn realm of Three Kingdoms, humans, elves, and dwarves vie for power while the shadowy forces of Tor loom, ruled by a council of undead, demons, devils, and orcs, and the slow awakening of metallic dragons threatens to tilt the balance between order and chaos. Amidst Renaissance‑style craftsmanship, scarce magic, and ancient planar gates, heroes must navigate intrigue, forge unlikely alliances, and decide whether the emergence of a dragon heralds salvation or doom for the continent.

World Overview

This is a world of intrugue, magic and monsters. Magic is not common as magic users are scarce and very sought after. Technology is renessaince-like, firearms are scarce and one-shot ones. But elven and dwarven artificers are maging marvellous designs, like assassin's creed like hidden blades, folding weapons and ships that sail on he sky. Also the world have dragons. Few, hidden, but when one emerges that signals a change. Good or bad - its upon them.

Geography & Nations

There are three kingdoms on the continent. The mostly human kindgom is named Corlys, ruled by the DeLacy family for three generations. The kingdom is surprisingly safe as the kind enforces fair rules. There are a few elves and even fewer dwarves in the capital. Everglades is the elves and dwarves' kingdom, hidden in a rung of mountains and a huge forest, deep with secrets, dangers to outsiders and wonders for friends. Elves are secluded, mostly because they believe their magic threatens the world as well as cultural differences. Dwarves are just...dwarves. Artificers, miners, gem collectors with a deep connection to the earth. The third kingdom is the monster kindom, named Tor. It is ruled by the Pentagram, the heads of the most powerful nations: undead, demon, devil, draconian and ork. Their goal to invade and occupy all of the continent. Also kill each other, but that is only when the are not invading.

Races & Cultures

Humans dominate the civilized world. Elves are 20% of the population, dwarves are around 13%. There also fey creatures. Humans , leves and dwarves are trading and have a loose alliance. Altough humans are welcoming, elves still look at them as heroes in a tragic story. Mixed relationships are scarce. Dwarves are secluded, except trader clans who are the biggest party animals. Demons and Devils are constantly try to undermine the humans and elves. Undead are unpredictable as orks, just a bit more intelligent.

Current Conflicts

In the humans, the DeLacy family recently had a problem with a noble family wanted to marry in and it wasn't equally accepted. Also demonic sects are trying to infiltrate the kingdom. Orc tribes are harrassing the borders, teamed up with undeads. Elves are contemplating closing their borders. The metallic aspect dragons are slowly waking up, while chromatic ones are already planning in Tor under the Supreme Chromatic Dragon, Tiamat. Metallic color dragons are benevolent in their way usually, chromatics are evil-ish. Also it is rumored that gates to the Netherworld are opened in Tor and from there, the High Demon Emperor summons a terrible army.

Magic & Religion

Elves follow the following gods: Corellon . keeper of the forest Arvinia - lady of the hearth and home Meleth - trickster, god of hidden paths Vannathiel - goddess of the hunt Dwarves are praying only to two gods: Gorgoth - the Father Under The Mountain Ganna - Wife to Gorgoth, Goddess of Invention Humans believe in the following gods and goddesses: Crom - the God of thunder and Might, the Warrior God The Shadow Monarch - God of Assassins, Righteous Magic and Ultimate Justice Thanathor - God of Death and Underworld Demeter - Goddess of Beauty and Love Ellara - Goddess of Nature and Harvest Herrod - God of Sun, Morning and Birth Valkir - God of the Hunt and Berserkers Mysthana . Goddes of Magic and Priests Magic is instinctual. Does not need trinkts, components chanting, just will and motion. Clerical magic needs chanting and symbols, spells are including healing, protection, divination and necromancy.

Planar Influences

There are three outer planes: the Netherworld, where the demons originated from,a barren wasteland filled with demonic horrors. Baator, the origin of devils, a fiery mountainous region filled with all kinds of devils. The third is the White Plains which is a complete Earth like ecosystem with angels and angelic creatures, rumored to be the birthplace of the first dragons.

Historical Ages

This era is the ear of the upcoming war. The era before this was the flaming wars, when the continent is fighting a long and brutal war against the devils and demons. There are lots of cursed and shadowy ruins all arounds, past horrors' spirits lingering around. Scholars said dragons blackened the skies on both sides.

Economy & Trade

The main currency is Golden Crown. Trade routes are many, but not to Tor. That area is highly dangerous.

Law & Society

The justice system is like in any medievel system. Adventureres are treated like anyone other. Experienced adventurers are in high esteem. Ones that are notorious evil ones are hunted, becaus some legends say that oneof them might summon the Supreme Demon King again.

Monsters & Villains

Tor is filled with them. Chromatic dragons, all type of monsters from the DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS Monster Manual are there, Cult of the Wyrm are chromatic dragon cultists, Cult of the Barbed Wire is devil followers.
