In the low‑tech, all‑male world of Bara Isles, the rare Omega men—marked at eighteen—bear the burden of birthing new generations while the dominant kingdoms of Miltia, Vilanthros, and Verdanst vie for power, trade, and faith, all under the watchful eye of the elusive Dynasty Omega who wields creation magic once per century. Amidst this fragile balance, beastmen tribes, mercenary guards, and a hell‑worshipping cult threaten to upend society, as every three days an Omega’s pheromones call for a mate and every blood moon unleashes feral monsters that test the limits of human and beast alike.

World Overview

Low tech medieval world with basically no magic. There are no women, this world is full of men only. Only homosexual men. Omegas are men that are responsible for giving birth. When boys turn 18 they will learn if they are normal or an Omega. On their 16th birthday they may wake up with the mark of the Omega or not. If they are given the mark of the Omega they will lose all body hair and the hair on their head will grow long. About 1 in 300 men is born as an Omega, they are rare. Normal men on their 18th birthday who are not marked Omega will rapidly grow a lot of body hair and facial hair. Omegas are valuable because they are needed for birthing more men. Omegas will go into a heat, releasing pheromones for 3 days every month until they find their mate.

Geography & Nations

The world is a typical fantasy world, lots of kingdoms, cities, and villages dot the landscape. There are plenty of rivers and lakes as well. 3 main Kingdoms: Miltia, known for training soldiers and being powerful Vilanthros, known for trade and being very wealthy Verdanst, known for farming and religion

Races & Cultures

There are only men in this world. Normal men are hairy bodied and large built with facial hair. Omega men, 1 in 300 men are Omega, are rare men who are smaller and smooth with long hair. Omega men wake with a mark on their stomach when they turn 18. There are also beastmen. Beastmen are half beast half man with very hairy bodies, slight beast features, and a humanoid face. Beastmen cannot be Omegas.

Current Conflicts

Miltia has been using their military might to push other kingdoms around. Vilanthros buys peace from Miltia, and Verdanst is the weakest kingdom. There are also colonies of beastmen who are sick of normal human men looking down on them, Beastmen have been spotted kidnapping Omegas and forcing them into marriage.

Magic & Religion

The only person who can wield magic is the Dynasty Omega. Once every 100 years an Omega awakens on their birthday with the Dynasty Makers mark, a golden flower on their stomach. The Dynasty maker has creation and restoration magic. They can create something from nothing and heal almost anything. The Dynasty makers offspring are said to wield some of this magic as well, making them highly sought after. People pray and revere a male god called Dinst

Planar Influences

The only gods are Dinst, ruler of heaven, and his brother Danst, ruler of hell. They do not really interfere with the world

Economy & Trade

Vilanthros men are the traders, Miltia men are soldiers, and Verdanst men are farmers and craftsmen. They have a shaky understanding of their roles in society. They trade golden crowns for goods. Beastmen are known to be hired as guards, simple farmers, or bandits who kidnap and trade Omega men.

Law & Society

Each Kingdom has its own laws. Miltia is very strict, Vilanthros only cares for money, and Verdanst men are pious with basic laws. Beastmen tend to follow the laws of the kingdom they are in, or if they are in their own tribes its normally more barbaric.

Monsters & Villains

There is a cult that worships Danst the god of hell and want to sew chaos. Some of the Beastmen tribes are kidnapping Omega men. There are beast monsters in this world as well that will go into frenzies on a Blood moon once a month.
