Adventurers, guild‑bound heroes who wield elemental magic, scour ever‑appearing spire dungeons to harvest monster bounty, while every millennium a chosen soul is reborn with five god‑bestowed powers, tipping the fragile balance of power among kingdoms, guilds, and the gods.

World Overview

no tech world, comprised of small kingdoms and villages. three main continents and a large archipelago between them. there are monsters of all kinds on the lands and in the sea. there are magics in this world as well, four main elements fire, water, earth, and spirit. once every 1000 years a soul is reborn in this world from another world, and given great powers

Geography & Nations

The three main continents are settled by the three main races. Dinst is the human kingdom on the western largest continent. Dinst has many different geological features and biomes. Vintch is the cold mountainous northern continent that is home to the dwarves. Dwarves live in mountains and are master engineers, having the most advanced technology in this world. To the east is a large wooded continent named Elsyewood. Elsyewood is home to the elves who are known for their magical prowess. The large archipelago, known as the Vary Isles, in between the three main continents is made up of many different islands and inhabited by all races, but predominantly the beastfolk. Many of the islands remain uninhabited and are unexplored.

Races & Cultures

humans, elves, half-elves (human and elf), dwarves, and beastfolk. Beastfolk are half human- half beast, similar to kobolds but with more human features. The three main races human, elf, and dwarf have a shaky alliance, and there have been skirmishes over unsettled islands. Humans are know to be racist. Dwarves tend to stick to themselves, and elves try to maintain natural beauty.

Current Conflicts

The world although run by governments and kings is primarily run by the Adventurers Guild and the Merchants Guild. The guilds have main headquarters in most large cities and recruit members from all races to help with trade and defending people from monsters. Not much is known about monsters other than that aside from them roaming the land and sea, there are large spires called dungeons that are filled with montsters. People make their living by killing monsters and harvesting materials and food stuffs from them.

Magic & Religion

Anyone can use magic, although few master it. Normally people imbue themselves with elements instead of attacking with them. Those who can use it offensively are known as mages and they are almost always high ranked adventurers. There are many gods although the most worshipped one is the god of life Dinst.

Planar Influences

The god Dinst, once every 1000 years will summon a soul to be placed into this world and offer them 5 powers of their choosing.

Historical Ages

The spire dungeons are the only thing from previous eras that remain unknown. They appear randomly, contain technology and magic lost to time, and once the final top floor boss is cleared and the hero leaves the spire they vanish.

Economy & Trade

They use gold coins as currency, and the trade guilds sell and trade goods provided from the monsters slain by the adventurers guild. Monsters give food and materials when slain, the adventurers sell to the merchants, who then trade and sell it as they see fit. Kingdoms do have farmland for things like wheat, rice, vegetables, and fruit but all special food ingredients and meat come from monsters.

Law & Society

Adventurers have tiers, "E" through "SS", "SS Adventurers" are the highest ranked and known as heroes. They are beloved by the people and can take the best bounties at the adventurers guild. Merchants as long as they have good standing with the guild are also treated very well. Many kingdoms fight over high ranked adventurers in attempt to maintain their superiority.

Monsters & Villains

Monsters of all kinds exist in the world, the strongest ones are inside spires. Only after defeating a spire final boss will the spire vanish. People make their living off of the spires though so they are normally only cleared once too many appear near a city or settlement.
