In Gayridise, a world of high magic and towering dungeon spires, every man faces a destiny at eighteen—becoming an Alpha, Omega, or Beta—while the powerful Alphas rule, the fertile Omegas bear the next generation, and Betas navigate ordinary life amid constant conflict and intrigue. Adventurers brave the spires’ monsters to harvest rare loot, fuel kingdoms, and defend against the ruthless, crime‑ridden Frozen Wasteland, all under the watchful blessing of the god Dinst who created a society where love, power, and survival intertwine in a relentless quest for dominance and survival.

World Overview

World filled with only men, they are all homosexual. THERE ARE NO WOMEN. High magic, low tech world. On 18th birthday men will either become an Alpha, Omega, or Beta. Alphas lead the world as normally the strongest combatants. Omegas are bound to marry an alpha and reproduce, Omegas are the only ones that can have children and they must get pregnant while in heat with an Alpha. Betas are normal people and live normal lives. Cities are formed around tall towers called dungeon spires. These spires contain monsters that when slain provide people with materials and food.

Geography & Nations

There are 4 major kingdoms: The Isle of Light is a religious archipelago kingdom that worships a god called Dinst. They have one of the largest dungeon spires. Due to this large spire they have a the worlds largest adventurers guild and many people come to this small island to start fresh. The Isle of Light is well know for having two very strong kings, an Alpha and Omega who rule it justly. Ravencress is a kingdom that is built up around volcanos and three medium sized dungeon spires. They are known for having the worlds best forges and primarily focus on ore trading and new technologies. The King of Ravencress is an Alpha known for his artificer skills. The Dark Woods is a kingdom with many small cities in a large dark forest. They have 5 smaller dungeon spires which causes desputes amongst themselves over food and resources. The Dark woods has no kings, instead has 5 guild halls that act as the government. The Frozen Wasteland, is a tundra wasteland kingdom built around 1 central medium sized dungeon spire. They have a ruthless and lecherous king and due to the scarcity of resources, bandits, sex slaves, and crime run rampant. Overall the world exists solely due to the dungeon spires. The larger they are, the more variety of monsters, the more monsters the more variety of resources (food and materials).

Races & Cultures

The races of the world are humans. They are ALL HOMOSEXUAL MEN. ONLY MEN EXIST IN THIS WORLD. There are Alphas who are the strong fighters and leaders. Then the Omegas who are destined to marry an Alpha so they can have children, so that the males may live on. Finally there are the betas who are normal men. On men's 18th birthday they will become an Aplha, Omega, or Beta. Everyone wants to be an Alpha so they can be strong and wealthy. Normal people end up being Betas and are jealous of the Alphas. Omegas are treated almost like sex slaves half of the time, people tend to look down on them as just the procreators of this world, but they do fulfill a sacred duty of bearing children.

Current Conflicts

Out of the 4 major kingdoms, the Isle of Light is at peace and harmonious with Ravencress. The Dark Woods are usually to busy bickering amongst themselves but do have embassies in the Isle of Light and Ravencress. The Frozen Wasteland is not currently at war, but they are full of crime and corruption and jealous of the Isle of Light and Ravencress. The Frozen Wasteland has crime rings throughout the world and is known for sex slave trafficking and other crimes.

Magic & Religion

The Religion worships the god Dinst. A holy god who created this world for homosexual men. He blesses a certain part of the male population to be either Alphas or Omegas to help protect and carry on this world. Omegas are know to be his cherished ones. Omegas can be very magically gifted (though normally not as strong as Alphas) and once every 1000 years one is born bearing his mark, a shimmering floral sigil in their left eye. Magic is comprised of elements of holy, dark, fire, earth, wind, and water. Alphas and omegas are the only ones who can use magic and they will have proficiency normally with two elements. Alphas use their elemental proficiency to bolster their physical attack and defense and are known as great martial fighters, archers, rogues, paladins, and berserkers. Omegas elemental proficiencies are normally ranged pure magic or support magics, they are never frontline fighters and are given a special Dinst gift on top their elemental proficiencies. Dinst will grant Omegas a boon to a trade skill as well as their normal element. Most are normally cooks, medics, herbalists, or tailors. The rarest magics are Holy and Dark.

Planar Influences

Dinst will grant his Devout Omega blessing every 1000 years. This Omega will be granted special powers and is know as the Dynasty Maker. The offspring the Devout Omega will produce is known to be strong enough to reshape kingdoms and they are heavily fought over.

Historical Ages

Dinst created this world where only homosexual men are allowed. There are no women, and the only ancient things are the dungeon spires which the adventurers consistently raid to gather food and supplies from the monster loot. Not much is known of how they work, only that life depends on them for food and resources.

Economy & Trade

They trade food and resources for crowns. The food and resources come from monster drops in the dungeon spires. Normally the higher the floor in the spire the stronger the monster and better the food and resources. Adventurers guilds exist to track and request parties to delve into the dungeon spires for specific loot. Monsters will drop Food, resources, and gear. Normally the higher the dungeon floor the stronger the monster and the better the drops. Drops go from lowest level C all the way up to the highest quality level S. S drops are the best one and very rare A drops are second best B drops are average quality C drops are low quality

Law & Society

The Kings, leaders, and religious leaders all work with the adventurers guilds to maintain peace and order. The normal people rely on the adventurers to go into the dungeon spires and come back with food, resources, and gear so they are normally treated very well. Adventurers guild like the loot breaks up parties and members into tiers: S is the strongest A is second best B is average C is entry level guild members Guild Members get a guild card that tracks their rank and power level. Power levels function like the ranks as well from C, B, A, to S.

Monsters & Villains

The main threat to the world is the unstable Frozen Wasteland kingdom and its rampant crime. The King is know to be lecherous and uses the sex slave trafficking rings borne from his lands to gather a harem of Omegas for himself. Once a month their is also the dark night. On the dark night, monsters will rush out of the dungeon spire and it is up to the adventurers guilds that are at the foot of them to eliminate the monsters. For most kingdoms this is not too big of a deal, except The Dark Woods and the Frozen Wasteland have a hard time dealing with their hordes of monsters. Once dawn breaks the monsters will vanish back into the dungeon spires, this happens once a month. Most use this as a means to gain extra food, resources, and gear without having to go into the dungeon. The adventurers guilds will usually assign parties duties on this night based on their rank.
